"Afterhour DDH IPA", jetzt mit 6,7 %, vom Faß im Kessel & Kelle Taproom, 22.8.2025. - Milchig trübes Gelb, kaum Schaum. - In Nase wie Antrunk satte, schwere und ölige zitrusfruchtige, vor allem pampelmusige Hopfenherbe aber auch - Zitat - “Mango, Ananas, Holunder bis Grapefruit und Pinie” von mundfüllender aber nicht schmerzhafter Bittere. Kaum süß. Milder rezent, vollmundig schwer. - Sehr schönes, robustes und unkompliziertes IPA. Möglicherweise doch ein anderes Bier als das hier abgebildete - der Alkoholgehalt weicht zu stark ab.

Spritzig hopfiger Beginn. Weich, moderate Bitterkeit, süffig. Würzig-bitterer Mittelteil, harzig, langer hopfiger Abgang. Gut. 10/11/11/11/9/11
