Mild malzig-säuerlicher Antrunk. Deutliche Kirschnoten, Schokolade, etwas trocken. Würzig säuerlicher Mittelteil, vollmundig, dunkles Getreide. Intensiv, langer Nachhall. 10/12/11/12/11/12

Strange nice brew. Powerful and dangerous.
Dark as the night with a tan head. Good intensity in the aroma. Pleasant and not to rich sourness. Quite sweet. Still easy to drink. Oily texture. Cherries, chocolate and some yeast in the flavor. Well masked alcohol.

Butelka 330ml (BB 20.12.0217). Piwo czarne, nieprzejrzyste z bardzo drobną, brązową piana, niezbyt obfitą i trwałą choć cienka warstwa utrzymuje się całkiem długo a opadając delikatnie oblepia ścianki szkła. W aromacie przewodzi nuta kwaśna z wyraźnymi akcentami wiśni. Nuty czekoladowe schowane gdzieś daleko w tle próbują się przebijać na pierwszy plan choć nieskutecznie. Natomiast po głębszym wdechu "wychodzą" brettanomyces dając nuty funky, dzikie jak stajnia, derka końska, nie są może zbyt intensywne ale na pewno można je znaleźć. W smaku kwaśne, na dość wysokim poziomie ze sporą goryczką chyba w głównej mierze alkoholową, wyraźnie rozgrzewającą a nawet piekącą w przełyku ale wszytko w granicach przyzwoitości. Na finiszu dostajemy delikatną czekoladową słodycz choć ta schowana za kwaśnością jest bardzo króciutka. Piwo jest lekkie w odczuciu, jak na risa można powiedzieć nawet bardzo lekkie choć w głównej mierze to zasługa kwachu i wiśni bo piwo sporo ciała ma, co czuć już po kilku łykach. Bardzo ciekawy projekt, świetny pomysł i wykonanie i choć fanem kwaśnych piw nie jestem to doceniam dobrze zrobioną robotę.

Bottle (thanks BlazerT). Pours dark brown. Aroma is sour, cherries, acidic, caramel. Flavor is sour and bitter, roast, acidic, malt, cherries, caramel. Finish is sour and dry. Covers alcohol well. Overall: weird, but i quite like it.

Tap@33 Krany Białystok. Piana bardzo szybko znika. Aromat mocno wiśniowy, w tle czekolada. W smaku przede wszystkim kwaśne, wiśniowo kwaśne. Bardzo wytrawne. Słodyczy tu wcale nie ma. Goryczka kojarzy się z pestką wiśni. Totalnie nie czuć, że to ciemne piwo. W smaku nie ma ani kawy ani paloności czy czekolady. Alkohol bardzo dobrze ukryty. Wysycenie średnie. Bardzo pijalne, wręcz sesyjne jak na te parametry. Jedynym mankamentem jest fakt, że mało tu Risa w Risie.

dark brown colour, minimal creamy beige head; aroma of acidic dry red wine, woody notes, some balsamic acid and souc cherry; taste is the same with dark chocolate notes; great "beer"

Barwa niemal idealnie czarna, nieprzejrzyste, piana beżowa, umiarkowanie obfita, drobna, całkiem trwała. W aromacie wiśnie w czekoladzie, kawa, paloność, lekka kwaśność. W smaku też bogato - czekolada, kwaśne wiśnie w likierze, kawa, paloność, leciutko nuty dzikie, owocowe. Goryczka niska do średniej, głównie palona, jednak w posmaku dominuje kwaśność, która na szczęście nie przykrywa piwa "bazowego". Wysycenie do niskiego, dobre ciało. Konkretne i bogate piwo, chętnie bym się napił bazowego RISa, ogólnie bardzo przyjemne i brawa dla Pinty za pomysłowość.

Bottle, 10.2%. Citric, lactic aroma. Has some funk and a sour fruitiness. Almost black colour. Seems cloudy. Small brown head. The flavour is quite sour. Starts off acidic, but turns acetic and very funky later. Has a late aftertaste of sour cherries, still quite funky. Actually quite sweet, and does not taste ten per cent to me.

Bottle. Pours cloudy very dark brown with airy but stable tan head. Clear aroma of brett, with vinous and roasty notes and touches of barrela nd malt. Sour flavour of cherries, with roasty and malty notes and touches of brett and chocolate. Hints of hops. Vinous afteraste with roasty nites. Low carbonation, but this is actually an advantage in this beer. Warming alcohol presence. Good. Very good.

Bottle from Mesjasz, shared with tderoeck. Many thanks! Dark brown/black colour, brown foam. Nose of roasted malts, caramel, sour cherries, balsamic vinegar, some tobacco, vanilla, chocolate. Thick and full body. Sweet with bitter roasty notes. Refreshing fruitiness. Bitter, sweet and tart. Wonderfull blend between a Flanders red/brown and an imperial stout. Wow, lovely beer!
