Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear amber with a lively and dense off-white head. Sweet caramel nose, somewhat greasy hops. Medium body, again caramel and toffee but everything kept decently in cheque by plenty of hops. 310119

Thanks Chris for sharing the bottle - Amber with off white head - Malt aroma with some fruity hints - Malt body with some fruity flavours with bitterness from hops - The fruity hops goes into the finish with some bitterness - This was ok

Smell of hops, earth. Muddy brown colour, extreme beige head. Aroma of earth, leaves, yeast, some mold. Messy flavour. Bitter. Ashy texture, flat carbon.

Bottle, bb 08.2017 (thanks fatphil). Pours amber with beige head. Aroma is sweet, caramel, fruits, apples, malt. Flavor is sweet and bitter, caramel, malt, dirtyness. Finish is dry bitter. Carbonation is high. Overall: narp.

A dark beer, a head is small and blond. Aroma has wood and caramel, also strawberries. Taste has wood and hint of vegetables, hoppyness hasn’t aromatic notes. Almost medium bodied. Boring and dull.

Draught@SOPP Helsinki 2016. Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, diacetyl and some slight wooden notes. Flavour is diacetyl, some wood and mild toffeeish and grassy notes.

Tap at Brewdog Helsinki, Helsinki (as Iso-Kallan Red Ale). Colour is murky dark orange with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Caramel, sweetness, resin, some hops and malts. Very heavy amber ale.

Tap at SOPP Tampere. Clear amber color, small steady beige head. Aroma has caramel, grass, malts. Light-bodied. Caramel, grass, malts. Simple but clean. Grassy hoppy aftertaste.
