Es ist mal wieder Zeit für einen neuen Cider. In Kollaboration mit Tobi's Saftladen aus Heimbach-Weis ist ein spontan vergorener Cider von Streuobstwiesen aus dem Westerwald entstanden. Säuerlich erfrischend kommen Erinnerungen an die wärmere Jahreszeiten in den Mund.

0.33 l bottle from the brewery's web shop, best before September 2025. Hazy, golden yellow with a few white bubbles on top of it. Sweetish, slightly sourish, gently funky and quite fruity aroma of ripe apple, hay, sulfur and some wood. Hardly sweet, gently sour, quite fruity and slightly funky taste of ripe apple, sulfur, hay and wood, followed by a short, gently tart, fairly woody-dry finish. Thin to medium body, gently astringent and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Pleasant cider, nicely dry and refreshing.
