This beer shows-off the hard work and terroir of New Zealand! We started with Phantasm in the whirlpool to lay a strong base of tropical flavors and white grape aromatics. Then we layered in experimental NZ101, NZ102, and Paradisi hops, all from New Zealand!

0.473 l can from 'Bierloods22', canned in February 2024. Hazy, pale yellow with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, rather fruity, slightly dank aroma of gooseberry, pineapple and green peppers. Quite sweet, juicy, rather fruity and a bit dank taste of gooseberry, pineapple, passion fruit and some green peppers, followed by a short, hardly bitter finish. Medium body, very smooth and slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Great pale ale, incredibly smooth and intense hop flavours, very well-brewed.
