Quite sweet, malty, moderately bitter, rather yeasty-spicy and slightly fruity-floral taste of banana, clove, honey and some pear, followed by a short, gently bitter finish. Almost full-bodied, smooth and quite effervescent mouthfeel, average to lively carbonation. Pleasant Weizenbock.
