pink color. Big funky yeast nose very dry . Decent cherry character. Funky. Dry good cherries. Nice stuff

Draught at Bayberry Hall, 3/12/22. Translucent dark cherry with no head. Tons of malic acid, medicinal, brett-like notes (band aid) and a soft finish of lactic acid. Cherries are bright and tart. Smells very lambic-like. Soft with a juicy, tart acidity through the middle. Some tropical notes with soft wheat-like character and a good brace of cherry acid on the finish with black pepper and vanilla notes as well. Very nice. Assertive and flavorful without much acidburn.
