Can. Very dark brown with a cm of light tan head. Aroma of chocolate, somewhat plummy chillis, some roast, bread. More mole than stout with fairly savoury chocolate and bread, fruity and mildly spicy chillis with caramel and just a faint rumble of roast behind. Chillis and some cinnamon go nicely with peppery bitterness at the end, though. Complex, nicely balanced.
