Decompression Czech pilsner is not about big flavors and high intensity. It’s about clean and crisp flavors with subtle malt sweetness and noble hops in the background. We gave this beer a long and cold fermentation to reduce fruity esters and make room for that subtle malt sweetness to come through. Enjoy!

170ml draught at Ølhallen. Upper part lacing from a covering white head, crystal clear golden body. Moderate aromas of oily hops and grass. Well blended taste of noble-herbal hops and slightly sweet, white bread. Drying close with a bitter backdrop. Clean on the swallow. Drinks very well. Like it. (Tromsø, 23.04.2024).

Utepils fra fat på B&B: klar gylden med fint skum som varer helt frem. Urter og florale inntrykk, mild bitterhet og god maltsmak. Hint av gressløk og eukalyptus i avslutningen.

Stråfarget. Middels høyt tett skum som daler sakte og etterlater tynn teppelacing. Klar. Aroma av søtt gress. Nesten vanilje. Smaken tørrhøy. Forsiktig tørr bitter avslutning.
