Working with the team at Bundobust, we built a recipe for this exclusive pale ale around two of our favourite hops; Galaxy and Simcoe. It’s delightfully hazy, with aromas of peach and passionfruit. On the palate expect notes of mango, pineapple and just enough bitterness to complement the full spectrum of great dishes on offer!

Cask at Coach and Horses, Dronfield - slightly misty golden body, little white top. Lots of citrus, tangy tropical fruits. Slightly dry finish.

Half-pint, cask at Sheffield Tap, shared with Finn. Hazy grey-golden body, fair lacing from a filmy layer. Ripe citrus aromas, moderate. Blended citrus taste with lemon and pineapple, toasted malts beneath. Mid-dry fruity tail. Fair enough. (Sheffield, 25.03.2024).

Cask. Hallamshire House. Hazed pale gold. Thick white foam. Bit of a tart almost vinegar thing. Tastes decent enough. Bit boring overall and not in particularly good nick. Potential though.
