Meet the juicy pineapple punch powerhouse that is the next instalment in our DDH single hop pale ale series! With a BRU-1 hop bill that went off the scale, don’t confuse this one with your average session. It’s thick hazed appearance is followed by big sweet pineapple aroma, while the first sip delivers soft mouthfuls of tropical sweet freshly sliced pineapple with hints of a floral character. Compulsive drinking with every mouthful bringing you back for more. Gentle levels of bitterness throughout with a clean finish and further tropical back-notes.

Half-pint, cask ale at Crown and Kettle. Shared with Finn. Bubbly white head resting on top of a hazy, grey-golden body, spotty lacing. Moderate hop fruity aromas, hint of mango and peaches. Peachy flavours with a citric bite. Distant moments of fruity bitterness to the finish. Pretty fair. (Manchester, 24.03.2024).
