Easter Ale is a brilliant balance of sweet malt sugars with the aroma and bitterness of local Fuggle, Pilgrim, Cascade and Golding hops. Caramel notes, fresh and full-bodied, and rich amber in colour.

Previously 6.8% and 6.3%.

10/4/2026. Cask at the Isle of Man CAMRA 13th Beer & Cider Festival. Pours very well. Aroma is malty, biscuit, caramel, sweet tropical fruits, bready, banana. Medium sweetness and bitterness, some brown sugars but very well balanced. Rich, smooth, quite full bodied. Very drinkable, a dialled down abv apparently but seemed stronger than 5.6% and definitely a cut above the average Harveys.

Half-pint, gravicask, shared with Finn at The International Brewing & Cider Festival 2024. Crystal clear amber body, filmy layer, clingy lacing. Caramel-fruity nose, inviting. Balanced taste character of apricot, bread, yeasty fruitiness, and caramel malts. Drying close, fine bodied. Like it. (Manchester, 23.03.2024).

Som «Bridge House Easter Ale» delt med Rune på The International Brewing & Cider Festival 2024, Manchester. Amber. Luftig filmskum. Aroma av sirup. Smaken brent sukker & tørket frukt. Annerledes. Tørr, lett bitter avslutning.

Cask handpull at Royal Oak. Has a sourness that us surprising. Brett sourness. Reminds me of Orval. Sweeter version. Definitely. Residual sugar. Some sweet malt some dryness on finish. But Definitely brett. Odd but interesting.

Cask. Royal Oak, Borough. God just made me accidentally delete my original hilariously heretical rating. Aroma is filthy if you're a malt fetishist. Booze and fruit. Clear dark amber. Bubbly foamy translucent white head. Big and fruity. A spicy kick. Nettles. Booze. Lacks chocolate eggs and lamb. Medium bodied. Slick. Average-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Enjoyable. Unlike some of their piers Harvey's haven't committed to just producing a load of 4% twiggy shite.
