Как можно догадаться, это красный IPA в американском стиле. Освежающее и сухое пиво с отменной горчинкой сварено специально в преддверии теплых летних дней. Пиво имеет яркий цвет с красноватым оттенком, устойчивый тропическо-цитрусовый аромат грейпфрутов, и приятный вкус с долгим горьким цитрусовым послевкусием. Для сухого охмеления мы использовали абсолютные хиты - хмели Citra и Simcoe. Пиво будет служить прекрасным дополнением к острым блюдам индийской и мексиканской кухни, а также замечательно сочетаться с легким фруктовым салатом.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an almost clear, reddish amber with a rough, off-white head. Toffee and caramel in the nose paired with subtle aroma hops. Rich, sweet, malty and caramellish body. Rather bitter finish, but lacking in the aromatics. 240220

Bottle.Dark reddish colour with medium white head.Aroma is toasted and malty with flavor of hops and caramel malty and bready light oily texture and smooth finish.

Amber. Aroma is pine cone malty caramel base fruity hops lime pineapple floral. Taste is harsh hoppy bitterness with lots of resin mild hop bite less malty sweetness. A bit heavy for quaffability. Still not bad.

Keg at Ölbistron no.50, Stockholm. Clear copper colour, rich firm head. Caramelly nose with grapefruit and black currant. Mid sweet with medium to full body and rounded mouthfeel. Solid malt base. Distinct black currant and grapefruit hops. Mid bitter finish. Thoroughly well made.

Coppery color, off-white head with good retention, nice lacing. Aroma has notes of resin hops, orange peel and hints of grapefruit. Flavor is bittery, good maltiness, slightly caramel, high presence of resin notes. Bittery final, dry mouthfeel.

Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, rye - oat, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, fruity hops, wood. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, caramel, caramelized malt, sweet malt, fruity hops, rye - oat. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. 500ml bottle. Milky, amber colour with huge, frothy, mostly lasting, moderately lacing, pale sulphureous head. Slightly nuttily and spicy malty aroma, a touch of tye, fruity hoppy overtones with hints of red berries and orange, a dusty, yeasty touch, some pollen. Taste is mellow, minimally toasty and nuttily malty with a touch of peanut, fruity and citrusy hoppy, hints of mandarine, orange, red berries, some rye spiciness.
