One of our brewery's historic beers, an icon especially among regulars at our pubs in the Lambrate area. It is characterised by a delicate Pilsner malt base and by light American hopping with Summit and Citra. "Santa" is a golden ale that is fairly high in alcohol but remains very drinkable.

Very hazy amber beer, little suddy white head. Dry and crisp palate. Very dry! Sweet caramel malt does battle with a sour tangyness. A trace of fruit before a very dry finish. A curious sweet and sour beer but the palate is way too dry!

Hazy amber beer, good size white head. Palate is softish but with prickly carbonation. Sweet fruits - a little tangerine, tinned peach. Trace of raw grain in the creamy malt. Semi dry finish. Not bad, somewhat gassy and sweet so could not drink loads.
