Can from Gulating Christmas calendar. One of the really different kind of Christmas beer. Nothing to do with my impression of a Christmas beer but at least interesting. Acidic, refreshing, sweet/sour with a hint of yoghurt. Well made at just 3,5% ABV but not super interesting in the year of 2025.

Can. Dusty, fruity, lemony, with white bread and a faint yoghurt touch. Dull and refreshing, but I do not like the yoghurt touch. 636311 251118

Stråfarget. Klar. Lavt luftig skum skum som raskt detter. Forsiktig bæraroma. Smaken fortsatt bær. Lett syrlighet. Tørr avslutning. Anonym.

330ml can bought at Gulating Ølutsalg in Tromsdalen. Fast declining white head, hazy pale golden body, poor lacing. Modest ripe lemony nose with berry skins. Taste of lemon and tart berries. Tart fruity ending, short. Some refreshing moments to it, however, this is not my kind of beer. (Tromsø, 16.10.2023).
