Gravity cask at Pigs Ear '23, day two, 29/11/23. Golden blonde with a white head. Nose is citric tinged straw, melon, orange peel. Taste comprises airy malts, light breads, tangerine, melon, grass. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close splashed with mellow hop bitterness. Serviceable Golde.

Golden, smooth beige head Very aleish aroma, tobacco, english pub. Flavor is flowery malty with sweet flowery notes.

Gravicask, half pint, shared with Finn at St Albans Beer & Cider Festival 2023. Spotty lacing from a filmy head, misty golden body. Ripe fruity aromas added by grassy hops, inviting. Nicely balanced malt-fruity flavours, grass, grain and earthy malts. Satisfying bitterness to the ending. Well made for the low abv. (St Albans, 27.09.2023).

Handpump @Luppolo Station (Rome). Dorata, limpida, schiuma bianca media, discretamente persistente. Al naso note erbacee, di biscotto, leggermente citriche. In bocca è amara decisa ma non eccessiva, base di malto leggera e chiusura secca, ottima beva. Corpo leggero, carbonazione soft. Non molto tradizionale, ma ottima.

Deep golden semi-clear color with a regular white cap. The aroma is malty and grassy-piney. Mouthfeel is quite bitter, malty and a bit earthy.

Cask at the Pembury Tavern - Hackney. Pours clear gold with a super tight, creamy off-white topping. Lightly sweet with expressive pale malts, fresh grains, bit of grassy hops, crispy biscuit, straw. Light bodied with fine carbonation, decent condition. Moreish on the finish, further grassy bitterness, crunchy pale grains. Highly drinkable.
