Thanks to a 100% Franconian Pilsner malt base, this beer has a delicate, crisp taste complemented by a fine, grassy and citrusy aroma and flavour, which is given by a generous amount of modern and traditional German hops. These hops are sourced directly from the Locher-Hopfen farm in Tettnang, Germany.

Its light body and pleasing carbonation, along with the lemon zest notes from the hops, give this beer an extremely thirst quenching and moreish character, with a fine and refreshing bitterness.

Bottle. Pours a light gold colour with a tight white head, light hop aroma with hints of citrus fruits, the taste is medium bitterness with a dry bitter finish.

Bottle from Brewser at home. Clear golden colour with a white head. Aroma and taste are malty slight sweet to light bitter. Crisp body.

Keg draught at the Two-Tailed Lion, Leicester. Light yellow/gold and slightly hazy with a small white head. Light aroma, some citrus and grainy character. Delicious taste, lightly peppery with more pronounced citrus and a significantly more bitter finish. Slight body with very heavy carbonation. Good pils.

Keg at London Craft Beer Festival 2023. Hazy gold with lace. Lemony hop nose. Crisp hop flavor, crackery malt. Approaching an IPL. Good but not up there with their orthers.

200ml draught at Tromsø Mikrobryggeri. Remaining white head over a clear late straw coloured body, laces fine. Moderate grassy nose with a citric touch. Hay and grassy hops to the flavour character added by earthy malts. Mid-sweet pale malty end. Soft on the swallow. Satisfying. (Tromsø, 21.07.2023).
