Sjøen 270823. Golden color with a white head. Aroma is fruit, malt, hop, hay, citrus. Flavor is fruit, malt, hop, hay, citrus, hint of pine. .Nice pilsner.

Draught at Monkey Bar, Bryggerifestivalen 2023. Clear late straw coloured body, dotted spots from a slowly diminishing white head. Moderate smell of grassy hops and pale malts, semi dry. Balanced taste profile of noble hops, grass, and pale malts. Mid-dry ending with discreet bitterness. Well made pilsner. (Trondheim, 03.08.2023).

7-5-7-4-15 Can, #351B, five weeks after canning. Pours clear yellow, with a big creamy head. Aroma is pilsner malts with bread crust, hay and honey, as well as zesty hops with spicy notes and floral minerals. Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is crisp pilsner malts with white bread, hay and honey, as well as zesty hops with floral notes, lemony citrus and grassy minerals. Lingering floral hops. Balanced, refreshing and quaffable.

From can at MB2 16.04.23. Clear pale straw colour. Diminishing white head. Aroma and taste of grassy hops and pilsner malt. Grassy hops are lingering on in long aftertaste with fine bitterness.

0,44 boks fra Statens Seruminstitutt, hjemme i en overskyet solkrok: klar gylden med fint skum som varer. En tilfredsstillende pilsner med deilig maltsmak kombinert med tyske edelhumler - urter, skog, noe lett floralt samt hint av brød. Mersmaken dukker opp samtidig som skydekket letter.
