1/3 pint, gravicask shared with Finn at GBBF Winter '23. Clear amber body, dotted spots on the glass, a few bubbles on the surface. Moderate smell of ripe citrus and grassy hops. Ripe fruity flavours with mild malty sweetness beneath. Malt-fruity ending, semi-sweet. Just okay. (Burton upon Trent 16.02.2023).

Delt med Rune på GBBF Winter festival i Burton-Upon-Trent. Lys amber. Skumring. Lett karamellaroma. Smaken søte bær. Kjeksaktig tørr avslutning.

Cask at Brews of the World, Burton on Trent. Pours “bitter brown” with minimal off-white head. Aroma has traces of malts and autumn fruits, but nothing substantial. Old school hops and sweet malts can both be detected in the mouth, along with toffee, caramel and autumn fruits. Finish is slightly fruity. This is a pretty decent traditional bitter.

Cask gravity at Reading BF 06. Copper colour. Weird chemical/acetone aroma. Bit of toffee. Better in mouth than aroma, but still odd.
