A session ale brewed to be light, crisp and easy drinking. Lots of late Citra & El Dorado hops provide a great combination of tropical, peach & citrus notes to balance the dry finish & the crisp malt body.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo via SHIG, cheers. Aroma pine, grass, and orange. Taste is quite watery and piney. Quite thin. Easy to drink but nothing special.

1/3 pint, gravicask, shared with Finn at GBBF Winter '23. Off-white head, unclear dark golden body, fair lacing. Moderate, smooth ripe citrus aromas Flavoured with plenty of citrus accents, mid-sweet malts beneath. Short dried fruity ending with decent bitterness. Satisfying. (Burton Upon Trent, 16.02.2023).

12/11/2021. Can sample courtesy of SHIG, cheers. Pours slightly hazy pale golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of orange, citrus, melon, grass. Medium sweetness, light bitterness. Light body, watery texture, average carbonation. Normally enjoy Ampersand beers more than I did this.

Panda at home, thanks to SHIG, 27/10/21. Almost clear orange with a good sized off white head that settles as a swirl. Nose is tangerine, melon, pale malts, straw, grains. Taste comprises orange peel, grass, melon, citric tinged straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with modest hop bitterness. Passable offering ... ultimately lacks citric depth and hop presence.

Keg at the brewery taproom Diss. A clear golden yellow coloured pour with a lasting white froth. Aroma is simple dusty grains, cereal, light citrus, cut grass. Flavour is composed of dry dusty grains, lemon, grass, mineral. Palate is crisp, dry, grainy, highish carbonation. Ok.
