Bottle (at koht). Pours clear golden. Aroma is sweet, fruity, yeast. Flavor is sweet and bitter, fruits, apricots, wheat. Body is bit thin, carbonation is high. Overall: ok.

330 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 5.5%. Golden colour, only slightly hazy. Moderate to low white head. Yeasty and slightly peppery and soapy aroma. The flavour is fruity and peppery with a slight sweetness, moderate hops.

Draught@SOPP Helsinki 2016. Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, fruity, citrusy some earth and mild spruce and pine to it. Flavour is citrus, some mild lactic notes along with wooden, floral and mild yeasty notes. Balanced.

Tap at Winston Festival, Helsinki. Colour is cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Some fruits, some sweetness and malts. Nothing special.

Tap at Pub Winston, Pori. Wheaty, a bit grainy, quite spicey aroma. Light-bodied. Spicey, wheaty, light fruity flavor. Long bitterness in the aftertaste. Easy.

(Keg at SOPP Helsinki 2016) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, spiciness and sweetness. Palate was medium bodied with medium. Flavours were spiciness, sweetness, fruitiness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was spicy and bitter. A pretty nice saison.
