Shared bottle at Mi2 at Cardinal 15.01.18. Clear golden. Foamy white head. Not much lacing. Aroma and tase of pilsner malt, saison yeast, some coriander, citrus zest and herbs and white pepper. Lively mouthfeel.

Smell of straw, malt. Cloudy amber colour, high white head. Aroma of yeast, straw, some overripe fruit, some sugar. Wild carbon. Bitter with some sweetness.

Bottle 33 cl. Golden, cloudy with a large white head. Aroma of malt, yeast, spices and straw. Medium bitter, light sweet with a malt and yeast end.

Bottle. Really good classic saison with notes of belgian yeast, wheat, flowers, honey, citrus and white pepper. Soft light mouthfeel. Drinkable.

33cl bottle from Alko. Bbe 01.2018.Poured deep golden color with a steady dense white head. Malty, grainy, floral and mild perfumy nose. Grainy, sweet fruity, peachy, some Belgian yeast in flavor. Round mouthfeel, creamy. Hoppy, dry finish. Refreshing.

A golden beer, a head is white and medium sized. Aroma has fruitness, earthyness and yeast.Taste has earthy sourness, some generic frutiness, quite dry. Medium bodied, too high carbonation. Strongly earthy and sour. I would like fresher and more fruitness.

Fra flaske på Mi2 Cardinal mai-17: klar gylden med flott skum som varer. Gjær/brøddeig, lyse karameller, såpe, parfyme, kokte grønnsaker (hvit asparges nevnes ved bordet). Saison er en av mine favorittstiler, men denne når desverre ikke opp.

Shared bottle at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours hazy amber with little off-white head. Aroma of light bread, hay, grass, spices. Tastes sweet with little bitterness. Thin bodied.
