Limited release BA Imperial Liquorice and Raspberry Stout
When we brewed Silent Orchestra for our last Dark Beer Box we snuck 400l away into some ex-bourbon, ex-maple syrup barrels.
The liquorice and raspberry flavours have remained prominent but have been rounded off by its time in oak and finishes with a smooth sweetness from the maple syrup barrels.

Svart. Lysebrunt filmskum. Aroma av bringebær & lakris. Myk munnfølelse. Smaken bringebær. Tørr, fruktig avslutning. Spor av bitterhet. Litt ensformig.
