Light beer Raiskumietis brewed in the village Raiskums. Beer brewing is based on beer purity law, it means in brewing process used just natural ingredients: water, barley malt, hops and yeast. Amber color beer gets from wood-fired beer brewing and mixing kettle made from oak. Natural sparkle and clarity are gained through slow aging process.

Bottled 500ml (shop next to brewery). Pale amber colour, tiny white head. Grainy, a bit sweet aroma. Light--bodied. Sweetish malty flavour with some hops. Baltic farmhouse beer vibe but not minerally like Lithuanian ones.

Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.

0,5l bottle form Rimi, Riga. Almost clear golden beer with medium- head. Aroma has yeast, much like sima twist with citrus and raisins. Flavor has yeast, malts, honey, maybe some herbs. Home made feeling. Medium body and carbonation. Lots of sweet caramel on aroma and flavor.

Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso l'orzo. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di aspetto velato. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma del perlage. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è contenuto. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di facile beva. Il finale è astringente, semplice e un po' rustico. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Sul palato si attestano note di caramello, miele, crosta di pane, cereali, frutta e zuccherino.

Bottle (thanks suurjuust). Pours golden with whiteish head. Aroma is sweet, butter, malt, vegetables. Flavor is sweet and bitter, malt, some carrots, some hops. Finish has some hop bitterness. Overall: drinkable.

Big white head quickly disappears entirely. Hazy amber body. Earthy milky caramel aroma with fruity notes. Sweet fruity mealy taste with earthy toffee notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft, mealy mouthfeel. Sweetish mealy herbal earthy aftertaste with straw and mint notes. Very interesting. Drinkable and vivid. Kind of Lithuanian. (1l PET bottle, from Alus Tirgus, Riga.)
