Bottle, medium fizzy head, light hazy darkish oxidised orange colour, aroma of leather with a bit of apple, baked apple flavor with some leather and sulphur, light sweetness and a bit of sourness. Quite good.

Bottle at Cap Tap. Pours rather cloudy with some bubbles. Aroma of tart apple skins. Med body. Flavor is earthy apple-skin, nicely tart; quite dry. Reminds of decent farmhouse ciders.

Bottle purchased at Johnny in Rome-Italy. Consumed in Serbia at the Christmas Eve. Pours hazy orangey color, gassy white head lowering in a blink. Nose: Apple pulp, a bit winey, wine must, cellar. Mouth: frizzy start, sparkling vinous notes, a bit sour apple orientation. Nice execution on the sour side. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft pour at the Schilling cider house. Pours a cloudy golden color with a thin bubble head. Fresh apple aroma. Flavor has a little smokiness to it, with a fresh apple finish. Cool to try a different Irish cider. Pretty good.

2012er Vintage. The Cider starts dry and intense. Smooth and easy to drink. the mainpart is cider-typical tart, very fruity and great. The balance between dryness and fruitiness is ideal. On the tongue remains a nice and tart cider-apply aroma with hints of tart bitterness. Not too dry.
Very nice and typical cider! --> 13/13/13/13

500ml bottle from Selfridges, Trafford Centre. My only purchase from a monolithic shopping centre.. go figure. Pours a murky dark brown just like freshly pressed apple juice, aroma is sweet, sugary apple pie pastry which doesn’t follow as much as I expected in the taste which is still fruity but with a musky haze and a cheek-puckering dryness. The missus didn’t approve but I think this is great.
