I miss the pub, I miss taking the dog for a walk and just popping in for a pint and a quick catch up. This isn’t a pub, but it is a really nice ESB, brewed with Heritage Chevallier malt and a hint of nostalgia.

Half-pint, cask at Piccadilly Tap. Shared with Finn. Good looking with a remaining pearl white head to a copper coloured body, fine lacing. Inviting malt-fruity nose, leafy hops and light, malty sweetness. Balanced taste profile of nutty caramel, earthy malts, and leafy hops. Bittersweet tail, smooth. Likeable. (Manchester 11.10.2022).

Delt med Rune. Kobberfarget. Klar. Lavt tett skum som daler sakte. Teppelacing. Vakker! Aroma av kirsebær & kjeks. Silkemyk munnfølelse. Smaken som aromaen. Tørr, syrlig bitter avslutning. Fin start på høstens studietur.
