--Bottled at PBF XIV. -- Black, no head. No carbonation. Intense aroma of dark chocolate and oaky hearty red wine. Sweet with full body and velvetty mouthfeel. Port and chocolate. Warming mid bitter finish. Lovely beer/wine hybrid.

355ml bottle. PBF XIV. Poured dark brown with a reddish hue. Very port wine like aroma with red grapes, red berries. Punchy with oak and grapes. really port wine like with a deep berry finish.

Bottle@pbf xiv. Deep ruby colour, no head. Aroma is berries, some alkohol, mild inky tones. Flavour is dried fruits, cherries, port wine and some alcohol to it. Dessert beer.

Flarra från bolaget testas med ölsommelieren i Djursvik. Drycken påminner i färgen om ett mörkare rödtjut. Jag tar två stora klunkar och känner först portvin och körsbär 🍒. Sen efter en stund när vi klunkar på minskar bären och mer klassisk lite sött rödtjut ligger kvar . Himla god men ändå lååångt ifrån vad The Bruery brukar prestera. Obs typ ingen störande bubbel i munnen 👍

Bottle from Taste of Love, Kuala Lumpur to celebrate the New Year! Poured a clear dark brown colour with little life. The aroma is roasted malt, boozy alcohol. The flavour is strong sweet, with a smooth, rich, roasty, red berry fruit, dry, vinous, oaky, warm boozy alcohol bitter palate. Full bodied with soft carbonation.
