Bottle. Pours an opaque golden with no head. Nose is funk, leather, light acetic acid, fruity estery, wood. Layered and complex. Taste is not as mindblowing, it shows funk, bready malts, hay, leather, wood and some acetic acid, but it’s not as intense as the aroma altogether. Closes with a tart, funky finish, has a medium body and soft carbonation.

A almost clear golden beer, no head. Aroma of sour apricot, yeast, yellow fruits. Taste of sour apricot, peach, zest, brett, moderate carbonation, easy to drink.

Weicher säuerlicher Beginn mit Noten von Pfirsich und Holunder. Weich, die Säure ist gut ausbalanciert, süffig. Geringe Karbonisierung, spritzig, hohe Süffigkeit, langer Abgang. Gut. 10/11/11/12/9/11
