This is not a kettle sour. This mixed culture Farmhouse ale was aged in Oak barrels with pear juice. A delicate dry hop of Sabro, Citra and Mosaic imparts a Transcendent tropical Aroma. Shine On!

Can from Cap Tap. Pours hazy orange gold with a near-white head. Aroma is pine with a sour fruit undernote. Near medium body. Flavor seems to have Brett - and there's oak and arguably citrus. Pine is getting a little lost in all the flavors in this ale. Dry. Moderately tart/sour. Somewhat woody. Quite delicious.

The Aromas are fresh pine resin hops, dry grain, Floral and a little sour. Flavors are much more tart with a bit of sweet, Citrus hops with good carbonation and body to balance. Nice beer wish it was more hoppy though.

Los of citrus and a little apricot, but not enough of the latter to make it interesting. Mostly just acid here, so if you are into that thing then this is your beer. Tap at Volo

Pours clear gold into a tulip. Bright white head with good retention recedes leaving spider lacing. Funk and apple cider aromas. Sweet grapefruit, orange and lemon upfront turning to tart apricot funk before the lasting bitter pith finish.

On tap at Arrogant Sour Festival 2018. Cloudy golden, medium white head. Fruity, some peach, citrus, funk, medium acidity, very smooth. Light carbonation. Medium bodied. Nice.

Keg @ Sori Taproom. Poured golden color with a thin white head. Funky, mild vinegar notes, floral and perfumy notes. Green fruits, funk, floral notes, peachy notes. Dry finish.

Clear golden colour with thin head. Aroma and flavour have lots of fruitiness. Very lemony and citric with some banana esters too. Nice funky sharpness.
