Bottle, five months before bbd. Pours dark yellow, with a big creamy head. Aroma is sweet yeasty phenolic notes of ripe banana, fruity notes and hay, as well as wheat with notes of cloves, herbs and grassy minerals. Full, creamy body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is sweet yeasty notes of banana, wheaty notes with spices and hay, as well as bready notes and grassy minerals. Lingering dry finish.

Sample (thanks omhper!). Golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is wheat, some floral tones with mild fruity hops too. Flavour is floral, some caramel, mild nectar and a bit salted liquorice. Not your typical Wheat beer.
