Fractal Strata investigates the interplay between Strata and our revised hopping processes. A fractal is something simple at the core yet can produce wonderful and amazingly complex results. We use these beers to investigate how different hops manifest through our processes, allowing us to optimize both our use of hops and our hopping techniques.
Fractal Strata pours a hazy yellow releasing complex aromas of both tropical and dank passionfruit, mango and melon with a whiff of sticky green. The taste follows the aroma with a resinous creamy mouthfeel and a firm but rounded bitterness.

Pint can from Niemuth's, 10/1/24. Hazy orange. Aroma of orange, tangerine, pale malt. Taste is citrus, grapefruit, pale malt. Juicy, mild bitterness.

440ml can at THT Den Haag, October 2024. Poured a poured hazy yellow golden colour with a thin white head. The aroma is grainy malt, tropical citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter and sweet, with a fresh, crisp, juicy, mango, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Can at Razvan's mega tasting. Hazy dull golden. Mango, sweet wheat, weedy hops, dry oats, grassy, light floral. Medium sweet, light bitter and a touch of sourness. Medium bodied.

Aromas are citrus, stone fruit and dry grain. Flavors are similar to nose, stone fruit comes out more. Good balance between bitter, sweet and carbonation. Very drinkable but nothing special.

Pours a hazy, light lemon-gold, with big, frothy head. Aroma is grassy, with almost a saison-like spiciness to it, along with citrus and tropical fruit. Flavor follows suit, with just a slight hoppy bitterness at the finish.
