330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, dark chestnut colour with small to average, thick, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, off-white to beige head. Rather complex, evolving, herbal, spicy, fruity aroma, notes of cherry, cinnamon, vanilla, clove, ephemeral hints of herb liquor, chocolately malty background, ginger overtones, subtle rye spiciness, some banana. Taste is dark malty, chocolately, spicy, slightly fruity, notes of cherry, black cherry, vanilla and cinnamon, some ginger, clove, hints of rye spiciness, banana. Very nice composition.

Hazy brown colour with thin head. Aroma and flavour have lots of spices and dried fruit. It's like Christmas pudding. Not to my taste.

Bottle. Brown pour. Aroma of sweet caramelised malt, raisin, banana and yeast. Taste of sweet banana yeast, vanilla, caramel, subtle bourbon and some ripe fruit. The bourbon gives a nice touch to the otherwise normal weizenbock.
