Bottle shared. Pale yellow color, no head. Aroma and flavor are moderately sour, hayish, barnyard, funk. Okay. 7-7-7-7-7

Good white head (!) over golden cider. Woody notes with a lambic-like aroma, lactic acid. White wine obvious, as are apples. Fantastic balance with all the different fruitflavours. (Dried) apples are foremost, each new sip ahs a short moment of sweet apples, after which the natural acids take over agein. Spritzy - invisible - carbonation, very outspoken dry-out effect. Absolutely great cider, with both vinous and beery elements.

Bottle, 750 ml, shared with Eric, MiroB and Luka. Nice citrus, vinous, funky, apples, apple skins, some pleasant sweetness balanced with tartness. Loved it.

Bottled August 2023. yellow cloudy color, small white head. smells peppery, funky, grapes, grape must, leathery. very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes grassy, earthy, tannins, leathery, apples, grape must. finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of leathery, tannins and apples. very nice one, rather tanninic
