A celestial haze of interstellar proportions, Nebula is bursting with bright tropical tones that dance with soft residual sweetness. Featuring Mosaic, Amarillo, and the aptly named Galaxy hops, this NEIPA is heavily dry-hopped and low in bitterness.

473ml can. Pours a slightly hazy pale gold with a medium, frothy, short lived, off-white head that laces. Sweet aroma of bready wheat malt, caramel, orange, apricot and floral hops. Sweet fruity flavour of grainy wheat malt, grapefruit, lemon, peach, pine and spicy hops in a dry, bitter finish. Light to medium body with an oily texture and average to soft carbonation. Missed the mark a bit. More of a Westie than a NEIPA.

Opaque gold, medium head. Looks quite good. Aroma has a bit of stone fruit but isn'�t especially bright. Body feels lighter than IPA. Bitterness is moderate. They'�re aiming for a fruity hop expression but it'�s hard to tell since it seems to have taken three months to make the 300m journey from the brewery to Legacy. So you can tell it'�s fruity hops but they are not poppin'� fresh.
