Imperial stout infused with Traditional Balsamic Vinegar from Modena, and aged in Jack Daniel's barrels for one year. Rich, complex sweetness with notes of fig, molasses, cherry, chocolate, mellow tartness and subtle acidity, complemented by Whiskey wooden character.

Big 750ml bottle, 10 % abv, kindly shared by Finn at a session with him, Synny, and lmojoh. Spotty lacing from a filmy layer, near-black in the glass. Spiced chocolate malts on the nose, promising. Rich taste character with dark berries, chocolate, and coconuts. Woody. Lingering finish with an integrated whiskey bite. Full bodied. Likeable sipper. (Tromsø, 04.06.2024).

#10% Sort med brun, lett topp som daler middels sakte. Aroma; lys sjokolade, malt, eik, karamell, whisky, basilikum, kokosmelk. alkoholen blir sittende igjen litt i nesen. Smak; Malt, karamell, sjokolade, svakt whisky, kokos, vanilje, rips. Fyldig, balansert, varig ettersmak. Myk munnfølelse. Delt med Rune, Finn og Leif.

Keg draught at the Two-Tailed Lion, Leicester. Dark brown and opaque with a tan head. Swet/savoury aroma with dark chocolate, soy, Marmite. Sweetness in the taste with a touch of sourness. Balanced finish with a touch of bitterness. Salted caramel and molasses in the aftertaste. Light body for the ABV, some soft carbonation. Masterful.
