Tap @ Nedre foss gård. Slightly unclear golden body under a dense, creamy white head. Heavy carbonation. Mild aroma, yeast and wheat. Taste is mild wheat and yeast, not to distinct in any direction but refreshing.

200ml draught, sample tray at Nedre Foss Gård. Clear golden body, covering white head, scattered lacing. Moderate smell of malted wheat. Wheat fruity flavours, hints of banana yeast, and joined by a spicy touch. Mid-dry finish. Clean on the swallow. Pretty decent. (Oslo, 01.11.2023).
