Bottle at Alcuida hotel, mallorca picked up from Sante Anna Last night of holiday. A light hazed golden yellow coloured pour with a a decent white head. Aroma is grassy hop, sileage, dirty herbal, little dung, wheaty grains. Flavour is composed of soft wheat grains, spicy hop, coriander seeds, orange rind, light chalk. Palate is crisp, chalky, fine carbonation. Not bad.

330ml bottle bought at the brewery in Sóller. A wheat haze to a golden body, covering white head, dotted spots on the glass. Quite distinct smell of grassy hops with a citric scent. Wheat citric flavours offset by a subdued banana bite. Drying close with fruity notes. Refreshing and easy to drink. (Hotel Marina, Port de Sóller, 17.07.2023).

bottle blanca 4.4% alc. hazy yellow, bubbly white head. Aroma of herbs, cereral and wheat, same kind of earthy sun baked moutain herbs I found in the predecessor to this beer. flavor is wheat, banana, lots of banana (not ripe, not green) yeast and water however suggests belgian style wit, the beer is very dry and crisp and the yeasty flavors are almost bretty. good enough if you feel like something wild yeasty and somewhat crazy.
