Bottle. Opaque deep brown. Stable beige head. Nose: dark chocolate, dried fruit, restrained roast, bread, vinous. Medium plus body. Taste: bready, chocolaty, vinous. Dried fruit again. Relatively dry. Delicious. Thumb up!

Draft. Very dark, coffee foam. Aroma: coffee with cream and brandy, alcoholic, chocolate, esters, caramel, sweet. Taste: iced coffee, a lot of bitter hops, dried fruits, prunes, wine, burning, cream, very dark chocolate, brandy.

At a tasting, thanks, small stable long lasting creamy head, opaque very dark brown color, aroma of milk chocolate, cocoa ,vanila and nuts, dark chocolate flavor with charred hints, quite sweet, light but noticable and a bit harsh carbonation. Nice but a bit disapointing.

Bottle sample at a tasting at kerenmk’s place. Thanks Tom L. Black with a tan head. Nice roasty aroma with dark chocolate, some coffee, a bit of dark fruits, boozy note. Sweet flavor with chocolate, cookie, malt, cocoa, caramel, nuts, and a bitterish finish. Medium to full-bodied. Very nice.

Bottle (thanks mait). Pours dark brown. Aroma is sweet, cocoa powder, malt, roast, some alcohol. Flavor is sweet and bitter, roast, caramel, malt, cocoa, sugar. Finish is malty with alcohol. Overall: good, but too boozy.
