Our new Acid Monster Sour series, we brewed a beautiful clean kettle sour with blueberry, apple and lemon providing the fruit and tartness...and then subtle almond to give softness and depth.

200ml, draught, Little Monster TTO at Tromsø Mikrobryggeri. Low, pinkish head, fair lacing, dark reddish body. Moderate berry skins on the nose. Berry-fruity taste of red apples, blueberries, and almond, semi-tart. Ends dry, with semi-tart berry-fruits. Okay cleanser. (Tromsø 08.03.2023).
