Bottle from Beers of the World, Zürich Hauptbahnhof. Aroma is dark malt, touch of roast, chocolate, some coffee. Aroma is light sweet and moderate bitter. Body is medium. Pretty good stuff considering the style and abv.

Black colour, frothy head that stays long. Aroma is dark chocolate, dried figs. Medium bitterness that stays long. Medium body, creamy texture. Fantastic.

Svart. Middels høyt kremaktig skum med litt farge. Daler sakte. Lettrøstet maltaroma. Hint av røyk. Myk munnfølelse. Smaken forsiktig. Lakris. Kaffe. Tørr. Behagelig stout.

330ml bottle. Quasi black colour with average, fluffy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, beige to tan head. Roasty, dark malty and slightly yeasty fruity aroma, hints of liquorice, a touch of black currant. Taste is roasty dark malty and yeasty fruity, minimally diluted notes of coffee, sugared coffee, a touch of liquorice, some dark caramel with quite some residual sweetness, hints of black currant, a weak touch of blueberry, minimally tart-ish counterpart. Slightly creamy, watery texture, smooth and simultaneously dry palate, medium, prickly carbonation. Nice black currant touch, but surprisingly sweet - OK.

Sehr schöne Flasche, voller, feiner Stout-Schaum. Leider etwas überröstet und gleichzeitig wässrig, deshalb keine bessere Note

Bottle shared, black beer, small head. Aroma is malt, roast, chocolate. Taste is the same, bitter, malt, roast, light sweet, light soapy. Not bad.
