Dechiffrering av forholdsvis pålitelige notater fra en hyggelig kveld i selskap med Jæren Fråholdslag, Bryne 29.04.23: mørkebrun kastanjefarge med fint skum som varer. Enkelt og greit en god og tradisjonell stout om enn en smule endimensjonal, men med en ganske saftig avslutning. 0,33 flaske fra VP Storo.

200ml draught at the brewpub. A deep ruby shade to a black body, scattered lacing, covering beige head. Roasted malty nose, hints of caramel and earth, promising. Chocolate malty flavours, added by liquorice and bread. Smoothly roasted ending. Slightly thin on the swallow. Nice. (Larvik 23.11.2022).

Black with tan head. Overwhelming aroma of butter. Also some sulfite and sewage. Some chocolate and coffe detectable after a while. Taste is not too bad. Still a bit watery for a strong ale. Melassis, coffee, sweet.
