Many thanks to Erzengel for sharing! A very dark brown beer with a small tan head. Aroma of strong dark malt, chocolate, cookies, caramel. Taste of strong dark roasted malt, chocolate, intens bitter hops, spruce, coffee and espresso, nice stuff!

Many thanks to kappldav123 for sharing! Smooth and intense beginning. Very concentrated with an intense malty body. Not too deep but smooth and malty. Concentrated liquid malt, not too sweetish with grain-bitter parts. Refreshing in the end with fruity parts, but a bit one dimensional though. Nice stuff.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an opaque pitch black with a small, rough, light brown head. Roasty nose, some licorice. Rich, malty body, again heavy on licorice - strong, English raw licorice. Carbonation a bit to the low side. A little rough around the edges. 180917
