Pours brown/black with a tan head. Aroma has notes of malt, chocolate, coffee, roasted and caramel. Taste is medium to heavy sweet and light bitter with a long warm, roasted, coffee and chocolate finish. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Superficial festival rating @ Rebel Beer Fest 2024. Clear, amber body under a beige head. Aroma of dark roasted malt, coffee and dark chocolate. Taste is medium sweet, dark, smooth roasted malt, some coffee and bitter dark chocolate. Balanced body with smooth aftertaste.

100ml on tap at Røros Bar, Bryggerifestivalen. Remaining beige head to a deep dark brown body, spotty lacing. Nicely roasted aromas, dark chocolate malts on the nose. Well balanced malt-forward flavours of coffee notes, dark chocolate, and a backdrop of earthy malts. Long-lived, mid-sweet finish, well roasted. Enjoying. (Trondheim 29.07.2022).

Very dark amber, olmost black with a light brown head - Malt aroma with some chocolate notes - Malt body with some hints of roasted malt and chocolate flavours with some hints of bitterness - Dark malt and some hints of chocolate in the finish - This was good and well balanced
