Drucken på flaska på Mikkeller Baghaven. Mycket druvor, särskilt skal, pigg som ett lättare syrligt vin med en hel del tanniner och en lite jordig eftersmak med beska från druvskalen. Mycket gott

Bottled. An unclear deep red beer with a pink head. The aroma has notes of grapes, funk, wood, and malt. The flavor is sour with notes of grapes, wood, tannins, funk, and malt, leading to a tart finish.

75 cl bottle @ Hatanpää tasting room, BBE Aroma is somewhat musty with berry juice and earthy notes. Also grapefruit. Flavour has grapefruit, tart-ish berry juice, earthy notes. Also red wine notes. Not that aggressive on sourness but easy to drink. Hides the ABV very well.

Pours dark purple. Small ring of pink head. Scent is surprisingly mild. Some 'chewy' grapes, tanines. Taste is full, tart, tanines (quite a lot). Mild grapes. Still, the beer provides great balance. Making me prefer this over most red wines.
