From bottle at Wild Fest Groningen 2022. Big fruity aroma with red and black berries, some cherry and currant. Mild to medium sour with some sweetness, somewhat chewy mouthfeel. Rich stuff.

Bottle: Poured a deep purple-ish color ale with a small foamy head with limited retention and some minor lacing notes. Aroma of funny ester with some tart notes and vinous grape notes clearly identifiable. Taste is a mix of tatt notes with some funky ester with some nice grape notes and a dry vinous finish. Nice mix of grapes/wine and funky yeast in this beer.

75 cl clear glass bottle. Vintage 2020. Dark burgundy colour with a few pink bubbles on top. Tart fruity aroma with raspberry, blackberries, wooden notes, lemons, and spicy hints. The taste is sour. Medium to full body. Dry, wooden finish with red berries. Excellent, a worthy substitute for a dry red wine.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Hazy deep purple, small pink head. Tart nose with cherries and blueberries. Mildly tart with medium to full body and rounded mouthfeel. Tart with dark berries and vinous oak. Mildly vinegary finish with some peppery alcohol.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Ruby red colour, small white head. Aroma is acidic and some mild berries with some sweet tones, kind of red wineish.. Flavour is kind of tannins, some berries, mild alcohol and some slight acidic elements. Kind fo redwine like.

Bottle.Dark red colour with no head.Aroma of dark red grapes and barrel mild tart taste and hint of red wine and wood nice well balanced and dry finish.

Deep red with a disappearing white head. Aroma of funk and oak with a fruity touch of grapes. Dry and tart fruity and funky flavour with red wine character and a drying tannin finish.
