After three years of aging on our wooden barrels, this top fermenting beer is exclusively available on keykeg, with refermentation on the keg. The result is a slightly sour beer, with subtle notes of vanilla, that is also refreshing and low in alcohol. The perfect thirst-quencher.

TCBW2024. Hazy orange colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, fruity, funky and some mild bretty tones to it. Flavour is funky, some tart fruity and floral tones with wood, brett, mild spiciness and some herbal tones to it. Quite watery palate.

Tap at Billies. Almost clear golden, almost no head. Dry oak, lime zest, funky, lemon confit, soft bready malts. Almost medium sweet and sour. Over light bodied, light carbonation.

Draught No head whatsoever over still beer, looking as peach juice. Grapes, lactic acid, faraway horseblanket & farmyard, immortelles. Dry flavour, earthy, sherry, hint at rosehips, lactic acid, finish is a bit metallic/mineral, but in a very agreable way. Light, no carbonation. Excellent variant this one, great!
