slightly hazy full golden . Barnyard and funky Belgian yeast nose. Very much like a lambic saison mix. Good green apples and cherry character in the finish. Very tart for a saison. Good depth. Very nice . Alcohol well hidden

Bottle shared in NH. Cheers to Duke. Pours lightly hazed orange-gold, light foamy white head. Lightly sweet, sturdy citric bite, pale wood, tangerine, lemon squash. Light to medium bodied with spritzy carbonation. Quenching finish, woody dryness, more lemony bite, some tangerine, mellow funk. Not bad.
