HOPFKOPF is what we figured hophead should be in German! It's one of those beers we revisit and improve every couple of years, at the start of the sunny season. A love child of a classic German weizen and vibrant American hops. The previous version was one of the highest rated Hopfenweizens in the country last year, but we're low key pretty confident this one is going to be a even better. Enjoy fresh because hops fade fast.

A hazy golden yellow beer with a white head. Aroma of citrusy bitter hops, wheat malt, some banana. Taste of citrusy bitter hops, stone fruits, wheat malt, banana.

0,33 l can. BB 04/25. Murky yellow in the glass, small one finger white head. Tropical citrus aroma with yeast. Taste starts with a dry grape bitterness, citrus and pale grain in the background. Below average carbonated. Very dry stuff ...
