(Draught at In De Wildeman, Amsterdam, 25 Aug 2022) Pale yellow colour, slightly hazy, with brief white head. Fruity, slightly sourish nose with notes of apples, green grapes and grass. Fruity, tart taste with yellow apples, grass, white wine and a balanced acidity in a dry finish. Medium body, quite dry. Tasty and refreshing. Nice one.
