Leicht getreidiger, mild herber Beginn. Geringe Süße, etwas hellmalzig, konstante Aromatik, mittellanger Abgang. Ok. 10/8/10/8//8

Cloudy gold with a solid head. Aroma of doughy grain. Flavour is bitter bread, sweet, half way between a hell and a pils.

Priesterhell vom Brauhaus Zwickau, vom Faß im Biergarten des Brauhauses. - Goldgelb, leicht trüb. - Schon in der Nase die Gasthausbrauereien-typische Hefe, dazu schwache, süßliche Zitrone, wenig einladend. - Antrunk brausig dünn und stark hefig hellmalzig mit platter Süße und milder, aromatisch nichtssagender Herbe mit schwachen zitronigen Anklängen. Recht dünn im Mund, ohne Körper. Im Abgang milde, leere Bittere. - Banale Gasthausbrauereien-Plörre, nicht der Rede wert. (10.9.2021.)

On tap at the brewpub. Beer in the glass deep golden, creamy head. Starts mild, malty, fine spicy. Sweetish background, also a bit grasy. Hoppy notes are very shy. Finish well balanced. Quite drinkable. Not bad.

Draught @ Brauhaus Zwickau, Peter-Breuer-StraÃŸe 12 - 20, 08056 Zwickau, Saxony, Germany.Unclear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, fruity malt, light to moderate hoppy, fruity. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, fruity, fresh. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110920]
